PJ VELDHUIZEN Bproc, Cert Tax, LLM, MBA
PJ Graduated with a BProc from Unisa in 1997, A Certficate in Taxation from Unisa in 1999 and an LLM from UCT in 2007. PJ heads up the Corporate & Commercial Client Division.

JOAN GILLAN BA LLB
Joan graduated with a BA LLB in 1989. Joan is a registered conveyancer and has been practicing since 1992. Joan heads up the Conveyancing Division.

SURANATHA DU PLESSIS BA LLB
Graduated in 2002 at Stellenbosch University. She attended Law School at UCT during 2003 and served her artilces at Gillan & Veldhuizen Inc. in 2004. Sura was admitted as an Attorney in 2005 and stayed on at the firm and currently practices in the commercial litigation department.

MEGAN HENDRICKS LLB
Megan completed her LLB degree at University of the Western Cape and graduated in 2007. She joined the firm in 2008 to serve her Articles of Clerkship in the Commercial Litigation Department. Megan has since been admitted as an attorney and practices as a Professional Assistant in the Commercial Litigation Department.

CHARLES ARNET MARTINS LLB
Charles studied at Wits University and graduated in 1990. He was a partner in a successful Personal Injury Law firm before deciding to practise for his own account. He acts as a Consultant for Gillan & Veldhuizen and he specializes in Commercial litigation, Commercial Drafting and Insurance matters.

SHAHEED ISAACS Bproc
Shaheed studied at the University of the Western Cape and joined Gillan & Veldhuizen Inc in 2003. He practices as a Commercial attorney.

MICARLE VAN HEERDEN BA LLB
Micarle joined the firm in 2010. She is currently a Candidate Attorney in the Litigation Department. She graduated in 2009 from Stellenbosch University with a BA LLB degree.
